The amazing Isuzu D-Max, highly popular for its fuel efficiency, durability and reliability now adds a new and snazzier dimension to its impressive list of credentials. The new-look Isuzu D-Max offers customers a fresh and modern outlook complete with a vibrant new colour that is bound to make heads turn.

CEO of Isuzu Malaysia Takashi Hata explained that the new features of the D-Max focused on enhancing the aesthetics of the car to give the car a broader appeal. “The Isuzu D-Max has been associated with excellent value, durability and low running costs. With its vibrant new looks, the D-Max will definitely be a hit among drivers who also want to be noticed driving a stylish pick-up truck,” he said.

“This new outlook extends across the board so both the 2.5-litre and 3.0-litre versions remain similarly stylish in appearance whether you choose to own a good value 2.5-litre version or the versatile and powerful 3.0-litre model,” added Hata.

Key to the new look is a revised grille design that creates a bold new look for the D-Max. Its twin horizontal slats provide generous cooling performance while providing ample protection against the elements. Finished in chrome, the new grille provides the D-Max with a striking appearance and fresh outlook.

Added to this are two new available colours, Inferno Red Mica and Galaxy Gray Metallic. These new colours add a more youthful dimension to the car and bring out the sporty lines of the D-Max more effectively.

Complementing the sporty outlook are the new-design 16-inch alloy rims. The six-spoke design affords a sense of boldness while providing excellent strength and practicality in on- and off-road conditions.

Other improvements include a newly-designed side step that provides better grip especially when wet and a new-design high-mounted third brake light using LEDs. This enhanced safety feature makes the D-Max more visible even in pouring rain while providing quicker response time to following vehicles. As an added safety feature, the new D-Max now comes with dual SRS airbags as standard in the 3-litre models.

To add to the list of improvements, Isuzu Malaysia is introducing the D-Max Plus version, a high-spec model that will meet the demands of the sophisticated motorist.

Among the features of the Plus version include stylish imported leather seats and an integrated in-car entertainment centre featuring a GPS navigation system cum DVD player that sits neatly mounted in the 2-DIN space of the dashboard.

The D-Max Plus is aimed at satisfying the demands of the premium buyer who want to enjoy the versatility and performance of the 3.0-litre Isuzu model while enjoying the added touch of luxury.

The new-look Isuzu D-Max is currently available at all Isuzu authorized dealers nationwide and is priced at RM71,539.20 on-the-road without insurance for buyers in Peninsular Malaysia, RM73,291.30 for Sarawak and RM73,472.60 for Sabah.
